Fees associated with Services Rendered

1. All Digital Payments or Electronic Transfers of Funds will have a $ 5.00 Fee. / Any Returned Payments will carry a $ 25.00 Penalty
2. Late Notice Cancelation Fee will be covered in your contract(s).
3. Late Notice / Last Minute Booking , Reservation or Retainer Fee will be set at 25 % of total session if booked / reserved within 48 hours of session shooting , 35 % for Weddings / Special Events.
4. Travel Fees are listed on Contracts (Based on Location(s) And or Mileage)
5. Print(s) : You Can print directly from your Gallery
6. No Call / No Show will carry FULL PRICE of Session per contract , Non Refundable
7. Permit Fees - Fees associated By Location , Some Areas , Parks, Businesses , States , Counties , Parishes etc. charge a Permit Fee to use their location. This Fee is NOT controlled by Photographer.

Reserve Times :

All Sessions , Family , Portraits , Beach , Out Doors Etc. with the Exclusion of Weddings and Special Events have a Reserve Time. ( Please See Your Contract for Details )

these times are how Long you reserve a spot for. Weddings & Special Events use your Specified Contract And / or Planed Schedule.

• This is Not the entire session length as times may vary up or down depending on Mother Nature , Children, Family, Unpredictable acts, Uncontrollable acts, this Reserve time is to retain your spot for the session date.
• Photographer may get your session concluded quickly and still have the number of images for your session provided to you in a timely manner.
• Not every session will proceed for a Half Hour or Hour Etc. if not needed to do so. please understand this as a courtesy to your photographer. Should a session need to be concluded earlier than the reserve time and rescheduled , this is at the photographer's discretion or in rare circumstances - The Client(s)
• Missing Your Reserve Time with failure to communicate ahead of time is a forfeiture of the session and any amount paid towards it as well as completion of any contract is expected in full.
